Why Choose Our Pork?

Exceptional Flavor: Raised on a diverse pasture, surplus garden produce, fresh milk, locally sourced organic non gmo grains, and pure spring water.

Fat soluble vitamins: Hogs raised outside in natural sunlight contain exceptionally higher levels of vitamin D and E compared to confinement raised hogs.

Diverse diets = diverse nutrients: Our pastures contain dozens of different plant species ranging from stinging nettle, plantain, dandelion, orchard grass, clover, burdock etc. These different plants contain various phytonutrients that make our meat nutritionally superior when compared to hogs fed a simple diet of soybeans and corn.

Ethically Raised: Plenty of belly scratches and humane, stress-free living conditions. We take the idea of animal husbandry seriously, and go above and beyond to make sure our hogs only experience one bad day in their life.

Ecologically friendly management: Our hogs serve a function on the farm to recycle overproduction. Any surplus milk, eggs, and vegetables are put to good use by having a small group of hogs on farm. Then through rotational grazing we are able recycle those nutrients back into the soil!
